As deregulation and globalization spreads across the world and as more companies move into different energy products and markets, it is increasingly important to executives to be familiar with trends in oil, natural gas, coal, and electricity. Oil and Energy Trends meets that need.
Oil and Energy Trends is the world's most comprehensivemonthly source of energy information. Each issue gives up-to-date information for all major energy statistics, presented in a consistent format from a wide and constantly reviewed range of sources.
This includes:
- Crude oil & NGLs production
- Petroleum products demand
- Natural gas production
- Coal & lignite production
- Electricity generation
- Crude oil and petroleum products-imports and exports; prices and Netback evaluation
The Oil and Energy Trends database holds information from almost every country and all regions around the world, including smaller countries in the Developing World as well as larger producers in OPEC and consumers in the OECD.
Published on the third Friday of each month, Oil and Energy Trends includes information for crude oil production in OPEC countries and regional estimates for the previous month, end-week oil prices up to the end of the previous month. Other key information is usually available within three months.
The Oil and Energy Trends Diskette, incorporated with each monthly paper edition of the magazine, carries annual data for key tables back to 1980 and monthly data to January 1993. The paper edition includes annual data for the past five years and monthly data for the 24 months prior to the latest available information where appropriate.
In addition, Oil and Energy Trends covers information on some key economic indicators, such as currency exchange rates, and steel and car production.
Oil and Energy Trends' Consulting Editor, Dr. Paul McDonald, is one of the world's leading experts and commentators on the oil industry. He contributes each month an incisive and pertinent 'Focus' article, covering the leading issues in the world of oil and energy, as well as the regular 'Month in Brief' and 'Looking Ahead' articles.
